Public and private comments
Comments that are left on an API portal be be marked as public or private. There are some times when you don't want a comment to be made public for whatever reason and there are some times you do. DynamicApis allows you to post comments how you want to post them.
A public comment can be viewed by, replied to and voted on by anyone. This functionality is a lot like other sites that allow you to comment on a subject, such as StackOverflow. Public comments can be marked as "This is the answer" by the person who originated the comment.
A private comment can only be viewed by, replied to and voted on by contributors and administrators of the portal. This is a way to communicate privately with individuals who are heavily involved in the API. A private comment also gains more visibility for administrators and contributors because these types of comments are grouped separately in their user interface when going through comments.
